The Program Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement Unit collects and analyzes data as part of program evaluation for WUSM stakeholders. Please allow 1 week for the team to review the submission and collect any necessary additional information before we start completing your request. These data are to be used for the purpose of internal program evaluation related to the Office of Education at Washington University School of Medicine and for the purpose stated in your request today. These data are not to be used beyond the use stated in this request. And should not be used for research/scholarship and/or dissemination beyond Washington University School of Medicine.

If you are interested in doing research/scholarship, you must receive IRB approval via the Human Research Protection Office. We recommend you contact Dr. Jan Hanson and/or Dr. Donna Jeffe in the Medical Education Research Unit for consultation on research/scholarly projects.
