What Your Profession Brings to the Team: One of my favorite aspects of my field is its interdisciplinary nature. Audiologists collaborate with ENT physicians, physical therapists, genetic counselors, teachers of the D/deaf, and numerous other professionals. Healthcare is not done in a vacuum; we need to lean on each other and bring our collective knowledge bases and experiences together for the good of the patient.

Why You Joined HPSLC: I wanted to join HPSLC because of its strong interprofessional focus and recognition, and I am so excited to develop relationships with students in other fields!
