Medical Education Research Unit (MERU)

A unit with the Office of Education, MERU is a team of faculty and staff members who provide consultation and research guidance to investigators engaged in medical education outcomes research, as well as assistance with the development and evaluation of educational programs and new curricula.

Workshops and conferences

Washington University School of Medicine is home to two workshop events dedicated to health professions education: Education Day (all academic programs) and Medical Education Day (MD program only). In addition, faculty are encouraged to attend national and international conferences of the AMEE, AAMC and other professional organizations.
