Hosted by Learning Collaborative
This interactive microlearning session explores how the hidden curriculum shapes interprofessional education beyond the formal curriculum. Through practical examples and reflection, participants will identify common pitfalls, including hierarchy, unequal validation of professional expertise, and threats to psychological safety, and examine how these implicit messages influence collaboration, professional identity, and learner belonging.
Participants will leave with practical strategies to intentionally model inclusive interprofessional mentoring and create learning environments that foster respect, collaboration, and psychological safety across healthcare professions.
