Faculty across health professions are seeing a growing number of students in distress while simultaneously navigating their own increasing workload and burnout. This session provides a concise overview of a simulation-based interprofessional education (Sim-IPE) faculty development program designed to equip educators with skills to support students in difficulty, including scenarios addressing general support, suicidality, and Title IX concerns. Participants will leave with a practical framework for assessing local needs, implementing simulation-based training, and sustaining faculty support systems.
