What Your Profession Brings to the Team: As a pharmacy professional, I bring expertise in medication management, pharmacotherapy, and patient education to the team. My role focuses on ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate medication use, preventing drug interactions, and optimizing treatment plans. I also provide valuable insight on medication adherence, cost-effective therapies, and individualized patient care. My unique perspective bridges clinical knowledge with practical solutions to improve health outcomes, making me a vital resource in interprofessional collaboration.

Why You Joined HPSLC: I joined HPSLC because I am passionate about collaborative, team-based care that puts patients first. I believe that working alongside professionals from diverse healthcare backgrounds allows us to better address the complex needs of our patients.
