Description:

Teams are only as good as the connection between members. Participants will explore what relational leadership is, how they can use it personally, how it can strengthen interprofessional education and collaboration, and how to use it in their IPE. Key techniques discussed and practiced will be the “five finger check-in” and “one-to-ones”.
