New Additions to the Office of Medical Student Research

Dr. Brian Gage – New Selective Director of Medical Student Clinical and QI Research for Technology Innovations

On August 1, 2018, Dr. Brian Gage, MD, Professor of Medicine, joined the Office of Medical Student Research as the first Selective Director of Medical Student Clinical and QI Research for Technology Innovations. Dr. Gage will be responsible for the oversight of medical student involvement in Clinical, QI and Technology Innovation Research with a specific focus on Epharmix and Sling Health. In addition, this position will direct a new selective focused on these areas. Initially, the position will be focused on enabling students to study, create and publish digital health innovations in patient care in the community.

Kyla Bauer – New Research Assistant for Medical Student Clinical and QI Research for Technology Innovations

On July 16, 2018, Kyla Bauer joined the Office of Medical Student Research as the first Research Assistant for Medical Student Clinical and QI Research for Technology Innovations. Kyla will work closely with Dr. Brian Gage and medical students involved in Clinical, QI and Technology Innovation Research with a specific focus on Epharmix and Sling Health.
