International conferences
An International Association for Medical Education (AMEE)
The AMEE annual conference is now established as the key meeting for all involved in medical and healthcare professions education including teachers, educationists, researchers, administrators and students. The conference provides an opportunity to network with others with similar interests, to hear and discuss the views of acknowledged experts, to take part in workshops and courses and to present your own work through a short communication or poster. AMEE conferences are held in late August/mid September on a wide range of topical issues in medical and health care professions education.
International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE)
This event will explore strategies for teaching and learning the fundamental sciences of medicine. It is directed toward course and clinical clerkship directors; basic scientists and academic physicians; deans for medical education, academic affairs, faculty development, and CME; educational psychologists; and all those who have interest in more appropriately integrating science within the medical curriculum. As global interdisciplinary events, IAMSE annual association meetings attract participants worldwide, representing all subject disciplines throughout human, veterinary, and dental medicine.
American Society for Public Administration
ASPA’s Annual Conference is public administration’s premier event of the year. Bringing together almost 1,300 practitioners, scholars and students to join theory with practice and share current trends and information with each other, this is the place to be to keep up to date on ongoing movements in the discipline.
